Having your property profesionally photographed

Unfortunately we cannot send a photographer to view all properties that register with UK Locations, we do however, work with a recommended collective of photographers who, for a small fee, will come and visit your property at a time of your convenience and professionally photograph your property.

We have found this service works well for property owners who are keen to get the property photographed to its maximum potential and on our web site quickly so that we can start prompting their property to our vast client netowrk of photographers and commercial production companies. We generally find that properties that are professionally photographed gain the most interest and get the most usage.

A few tips on taking photos of your property yourself

The following is a guideline to taking pictures of your property, and we hope it will become useful to you.

Please send in plenty of HIGH QUALITY interior and exterior pictures - we usually upload an average of at least 20 pictures per property as this enable us to give our clients a clear idea of the building and its surrounding.

♦ Please send images in LANDSCAPE only.

♦ Take photos in natural light.

♦ Stand as far back as you can to photograph as much of the room as possible.

♦ Please take at least 2 - 3 photos from each corner of the room.

♦ Include as many rooms as possible.

♦ Please make sure there are NO cars, people or animals in the photos.

♦ No photos with timecodes please.

♦ Please photograph driveways and parking.

♦ Photograph any interesting and unusual features of your property.

♦ It's very important to photograph your property looking looking clean, tidy & presentable.

♦ Photographing your property looking at its best allows us to promote it as best as we can!
